A fabulous certified organic Sparkling preservative free wine from Tamburlaine. Fine, early harvest, cool climate highland Chardonnay with no added sulphur dioxide at any stage, from harvest to bottle. Citrus and pink lady apple aromas and lemon, apple and pear flavours. Balanced and rich with length and some nutty complexity. Extended lees contact, some secondary fermentation and blending create extra richness in this lovely and unique wine. The screw cap seal locks in the fruit flavours and fine bubbles.
