A must try preservative free and certified organic sparkling Shiraz from Raw Vine Estate in South Australia. Intense ruby red in colour with great depth. The aromas are lifted and vibrant with spices, pepper and black fruits underpinned with coffee bean from the French Oak. The palate is soft and generous with lovely dark berry and spice flavours. The vibrant bubbles give this wine a nice creamy texture in a fusion of soft velvety integrated tannins through the long finish.
